Aketa in Gauteng: call for volunteers

I think we need to put it a little more strongly than that.

As far as I know, Aketa has not yet booked his flight from Johannesburg to
Cape Town, so we are not sure on what day this will be. We need one or
more volunteers to accommodate him for the day or two while he is in
Gauteng, and to transport him from and to the airport. We may also need a
volunteer to accompany him to the JICA office in Pretoria (depending on
whether Sakkie is able to make it).

Please, this is only a week and a half from now!

I agree with konrad , someone has to commit to it or it wont get done.
