Based on input from Chris Welsh, Trevor Hill, James Gelant and Andrew Davies, a proposal has been put forward for an ad-hoc promotion for Ashley Ross, from 16k to 12k. If there are any comments or queries about the promotion, please either contact Steve Kroon, or add comments to this post.
Update from Steve: Since I received no objections, I have implemented the promotion.
