The English online coverage of the tournament this year has been pretty dismal, unfortunately. However, it seems the tournament is over, with Victor placing 8th, with Korea, China, Hong Kong and Japan taking the top 4 places.

The results I’ve seen so far for Victor include wins over Dutch ex-insei Merlijn Kuin, and Guo Yi-Ming of Australia, who Victor has played in the World Oza play-offs a number of times.
