Andrew Wins All Four 2014 Internet Tournaments

The 4th Quarter Internet Tournament took place on Saturday. There were seven players, with Max and Chris only joining for the first two and last rounds respectively. The players were fairly diverse in terms of strength, so some games were replaced with teaching games. After the three rounds, Andrew emerged as the overall winner of the day. This means that this year Andrew has won all four of the internet tournaments. Well done to Andrew!

Results:
1. Andrew Davies
2-3. Max Rabkin (only played rounds 1 and 2), Peet Brits
4-5. Christiaan Maasdorp, Rory Shea
6-7. Elizabeth Meyer, Chris Welsh (only played round 3)

Congrats, Andrew. I’d just like to mention that I’m not a SAGA member this year (I’m studying overseas) so I’m not technically eligible for a place in the tournament (i entered to make the player numbers even) making Peet the real silver medalist.
