as your proxy.

3. Proposed change to the Constitution

A grammatical error in the constitution needs to be fixed. The proposed change
is to alter paragraph 3.3.1 from:
“3.3.1 The members of the management committee will be held jointly and
severally liable for any actions or decisions taken by the
committee, which are in contravention to the provisions of and the
spirit of this constitution, provided that such action or decision
was taken or made whilst the member was in office and the member had
full knowledge thereof.”

committee that are in contravention to the provisions of or the
spirit of this constitution, provided that such action or decision

Proposed changes to the constitution are special resolutions and need a 75%
vote to pass the proposal.

responsible for, you can either ask at the meeting, or e-mail the queries in
advance to kroon@sun.ac.za

Elections will be held for the committee members. Please let me know in
advance if you are willing to serve on the committee. Portfolios will be
assigned to committee members at the first committee meeting which will be held
directly after the AGM.
